After landing the No. 1 wide receiver and No. 2 receiver in last year's class, TCU is once again making a big push at the position in 2018. On Thursday, the Frogs made a big offer inside the state to the No. 3 receiver.
Woodard caught 42 passes for 909 yards and 15 touchdowns on 21.6 yards per reception as he helped Houston Lamar to an 11-2 record and third-round playoff appearance in Texas Class 6A D-I.
The junior has offers from Ohio State, Texas, Baylor, Ole Miss and Oklahoma State to name a few.
