National Signing Day for the 2017 class was in February, but TCU could be on the verge of adding a new member to the group.
Independence Community College defensive back Antonio Howard, who has three-years to play three seasons, recently shared on social media the Frogs have been sending the love.
Howard is a bounce back from Marshall. A former West Virginia commit in high school, the defensive back found out a week before National Signing Day the Mountaineers couldn't get him in academically. During his first season at Marshall, he tore an ACL, which made he rethink his decision.
"My thoughts on the Frogs? I like them a lot. I'm highly interested in them. I like the coaching staff," said Howard. "They want me to come visit sometime this spring."
Howard is looking to make a decision this spring, hoping to hit a college campus during the summer. He is still considering TCU, Oregon, Louisiana Tech, Rutgers and Arizona State.
We will continue to monitor the situation.
