TCU offered Tulsa (Oklahoma) Booker T. Washington high school 2019 ATH Daxton Hill on Tuesday. The early four-star prospect already has an impressive offer list, consisting of Oklahoma State and Oklahoma.
"A few days," Hill responded, when asked how long he's been talking to TCU. "Always nice to get another."
While it makes sense TCU offered, Hill is thought to be a hard pull out of state.
More from Oklahoma publisher Bob Pryzbylo.
Hill’s older brother is Oklahoma State running back Justice Hill, who had one heck of a freshman season in Stillwater. OU offered on Christmas, the rare Christmas offer and Hill was the first in-state offer by the Sooners for the 2019 class. However, with the Hill family entrenched in Stillwater and wanting (rightfully so) to watch Justice play, Daxton isn’t getting a big taste of OU. He hasn’t been in Norman in a long time, and it’s an uphill battle for who might become the No. 1 overall prospect in the state for the class.
Hill has started since his freshman season, when he registered 67 tackles as a defensive back for Booker T. Washington.
