Charleston Classic (November 14-16 | Charleston, South Carolina | Carolina First Center) The Horned Frogs will begin their season in Charleston, S.C., as part of the inaugural Charleston Classic which will be shown on ESPN Regional Television. The Frogs will be joined at the Charleston Classic by the host-program College of Charleston along with Clemson, Temple, Western Michigan, East Tennessee State, Hofstra and one more team to be determined.

This will be the first time that the Frogs have opened the season at a tournament since the 2001-02 campaign when the Purple and White participated in the Las Vegas Classic. The Frogs will play three games at the Charleston Classic over the three-day tournament, but the bracket has yet to be announced.

Nebraska (November 19 | Fort Worth, Texas | Daniel-Meyer Coliseum) Following a trio of games at the Charleston Classic Christian will make his debut at the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum when the Purple and White welcome the University of Nebraska to Fort Worth. This will be the first time that the Frogs and Cornhuskers have squared-off against one another since the 1999 National Invitation Tournament when TCU captured a 101-89 victory at the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum.

The first of three games against the Big 12 Conference in Christian¹s first season the ŒHuskers are coming off of a 20-13 overall record last season where the Big Red advanced to the second round of the National Invitation Tournament.

SMU (November 26 | Fort Worth, Texas | Daniel-Meyer Coliseum) The oldest rivalry will continue for the Frogs when the Purple and White square-off against SMU at the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum in TCU¹s final game before the Thanksgiving holiday. This will be the 184th meeting between the Frogs and Mustangs dating back to the 1919 campaign. The Mustangs are coming off of a 10-20 overall record in Matt Doherty¹s third season as head men¹s basketball coach at SMU.

St. Gregory¹s (November 29 | Fort Worth, Texas | Daniel-Meyer Coliseum) The Frogs will conclude their three-game homestand when the Purple and White squares-off against St. Gregory¹s (Okla.) on November 29th. Colorado (December 3 | Boulder, Colo. | Coors Events/Conference Center) The Frogs will take to the air for the second time during the 2008-09 campaign when they travel to Boulder, Colo., for their second contest against Big 12 Conference competition in Colorado. The Buffs are coming off a 12-20 overall record last season, but advanced to the second round of the Big 12 Conference Championships after upsetting Baylor who earned a berth in the NCAA Tournament in double overtime.

Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (December 6 | Fort Worth, Texas | Daniel-Meyer Coliseum) The Frogs will return to the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum on December 6th when the Purple and White play host to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. Louisiana Tech (December 22 | Ruston, La. | Thomas Assembly Center) In their first game before the Christmas Holiday the Frogs will travel to Ruston, La., for a game against Louisiana Tech who notched a 6-24 overall record a season ago. This will be the first meeting between the Frogs and Bulldogs since the 1999-00 campaign and the first time that the Purple and White will square-off against a member of the WAC since Tulsa was a member of the conference in 2003.

Colgate (December 30 | Fort Worth, Texas | Daniel-Meyer Coliseum) In their first game back from the Christmas Holiday and last game of the 2008 portion of the schedule the Frogs will welcome Colgate to the Daniel-Meyer Coliseum for the first match-up between the two programs since the 1973-74 campaign.
