Brown was the Mountain West Conference Preseason Player of the Year in 2007, but was hampered with injuries throughout the year. He only finished with 490 yards after rushing for over 800 yards the season before.
Brown has over 2000 yards rushing in his career and has found the end zone a total of 22 times at TCU on the ground and through the air.
Brown's return comes at one of the most perfect times. A tune up game against SMU tomorrow will get the senior ready for #2 Oklahoma next week. The Sooners are currently 25th in the nation in stopping the run.
TCU's traditional running attack has not seemed to miss a beat with Brown gone. Ryan Christian and Joseph Turner have combined for 297 yards and 6 touchdowns. Sophomore quarterback Andy Dalton has also got heavily involved in the running game with a total of 163 yards through three games.
