One Tennessee commitment plans on making a return trip to Rocky Top this upcoming weekend.
South Carolina QB Justin Worley made an unofficial visit last year for the UCLA game under the old coaching staff, and he and his family will return to Knoxville this weekend to take in the game day experience with Derek Dooley and his new staff.
Worley didn't miss last week's game either. He watched on ESPN2 and came away impressed with some of the action.
"I watched all of it," Worley said. "I wouldn't have missed it. I was really impressed with the way we played in the first half."
It's setting in with Worley that that could have been him out there playing quarterback for the Vols.
"I could picture myself out there," Worley acknowledged. "I thought Matt had a good first half."
Worley has currently led his high school team to a 3-0 record, putting up some big numbers in the process.
"I have thrown nearly 1,000 yards in three games and 14 touchdowns," Worley said. "We are having a great season so far."
Worley and his parents will make the trip to Knoxville on Saturday for the Florida game.
"I can't wait," Worley said. "I want to see what the game day experience is like under Dooley and his new staff."
Worley has been impressed with his new head coach so far.
"I really like Coach Dooley a lot," Worley said. "He and his staff are very easy to talk to. He has a lot of great assistant coaches."
Worley is currently trying to decide whether he will enroll at midterm or not.
"I'm still thinking about that," Worley said. "I'm not sure if I will do that or not, we are looking into it."
