It's all about focusing on his senior season and helping his team make the state playoffs for one current Tennessee commitment.

For Georgia native Christian Harris it's been a great fall football season. He currently leads his team in tackles and team production points in helping his Etowah team to an 8-1 record.

"We are working hard and have a big game this weekend," Harris told InsideTennessee.com Monday night. "I'm leading the team in tackles and production points. I'm having a great season."

In fact Harris has totaled over 103 tackles this fall, the best numbers for his career.

Harris, who committed to Tennessee early last summer, got the chance to travel to Knoxville for the Florida game and will be returning for the Vols homecoming game against Ole Miss.

"I will take an unofficial visit to the Ole Miss game," Harris said. "I haven't scheduled my official visit yet, it will be after our season is over. Hopefully it won't happen anytime in the near future."

What were Harris' impressions of the Florida game?

"I had a great time, it was a lot of fun," Harris said. "The atmosphere was crazy. I loved it."

It appears that Harris has been keeping in touch with the Tennessee coaching staff.

"We talk at least once a week if not more," Harris stated. "I'm just ready to get up there."

Will Harris enroll early?

"No I will graduate from high school in May and enroll at UT in June," Harris said. "I feel very confident about my commitment to Tennessee. I'm definitely going to be a Volunteer."
