Top 30 Countdown Top 30 continues with No. 24 Alex Dale of Memphis University School.

It's that time of the year again.

We at count down the top 30 In-State players every year, with the Class of 2012 not being an exception.

Our recruiting analyst and staff writers haven gotten a better opportunity to see the talent in the state of Tennessee up close this past spring, with the help of the First Annual InsideTennessee Combine held in Knoxville last month, along with numerous other combines and spring practices.

We will begin at No. 30 and work our way down the list all the way to No. 1. Please remember this is a Pre-Season Top 30, and we will release our Post-Season Top 30 after the conclusion of the 2011 season.

Coming in at No. 24 is Memphis athlete from Memphis University School (MUS) Alex Dale.

Dale, a 5-foot-9, 175-pounds running back/defensive back from the Bluff City, already has two offers including one from SEC member Ole Miss, the other from Western Kentucky.

Dalle has great speed and shows great elusiveness in open field.

Dale has already taken trips to three schools this spring, one to Ole Miss, Southern Miss and Arkansas State.

Dale does not list any favorites, but he has visited nearby Oxford, MS on several occasions.

"I have been to Ole Miss numerous times," he said. "It's the closest school to me I have been talking to. A lot of kids from my high school go there. It would be easy for me to blend in."

The talented prospect doesn't plan to make a decision until after his senior season. He is focused on becoming a better player for his senior season.
