The Tennessee football team was looking for some momentum heading into the start of summer camp. The Volunteers found just what they sought with the return of arguably their most talented player.
The University of Tennessee
has confirmed with InsideTennessee.com and Rocky Top News Magazine that junior defensive back Janzen Jackson
has enrolled in the second session of summer classes.
He has returned to the team and is expected to be a full participant when training camp begins.
Jackson, from Lake Charles, La., made 69 tackles and tied for the team lead with five interceptions in 2010. He has played in 23 games in two seasons for the Vols, including 22 starts, and earned Second Team Coaches' All-SEC honors last season.
