A few of Tennessee's football commitments have agreed to work alongside InsideTennessee.com to diary their senior seasons and final year of high school.

Alden Hill was among the first who volunteered to share some of his thoughts and his life with our readership. Read below to see what Alden had to say in his first installment as he and his Marlington (Ohio) High School teammates prepare for their season opener against Aquinas on Aug. 26.

Ever since I have committed to Tennessee everything has become a relief.

At the beginning of the recruiting period I started out with three offers. Ever since May it has become a battle to grind against the competition, which resulted in 17 offers. It was so tedious going out and meeting coaches and making my visits but it was totally worth it, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

By the end of making my visits I had one last camp to attend. This was Tennessee. I immediately fell in love with the campus, facilities, and most of all, the coaches. I loved the way coach Dooley and his staff were all on he same page when it comes to turning the program around and winning an SEC championship. I feel this will be a great place for me to grow as a player and a person.

Now that the recruiting process is over and I have found my new home at Tennessee, I can finally focus on my senior season at Marlington High School.
