Video: Dooley at Monday press conference

The staff is on hand for coach and player interviews on most every Monday during the football season. Today was no different.

Tennessee coach Derek Dooley went over the injury situation, the Georgia game, the state of the team and the LSU Tigers at his press conference at the Stokely Family Media Center on Monday.

The Volunteers (3-2, 0-2) are coming off a 20-12 home loss to Georgia. LSU (6-0, 3-0) enters with plenty of momentum after drubbing Florida 51-11.

Kickoff at Neyland Stadium is on Saturday afternoon at 3:39 (TV: CBS).

Although the Vols haven't beaten the Bayou Bengals since 2006, each of those matchups were decided by seven points or less. UT owns the lead in the all-time series 20-8-3, including an 11-2-1 mark in Knoxville.

The Tigers have outscored opponents 231-75. In the process they have outrushed foes 1,101-415 and they're plus-15 in turnover ratio.

The last time Tennessee beat a ranked team was a 31-13 victory over No. 21 South Carolina on Oct. 31, 2009.
