Video: Dooley at Monday press conference

Tennessee heads into Saturday night's contest against No. 14 South Carolina still hungry for its first Southeastern Conference victory.

That will hardly be like shooting fish in a barrel as the Gamecocks (6-1, 4-1 SEC) come in well-prepared after a bye week and as the reigning SEC Eastern Division champions.

Kickoff at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville is at 7:21 p.m. (TV: ESPN2).

Rare is it that a team faces such a talented team like South Carolina and the foe serves as a more winnable challenge, but the Volunteers (3-4, 0-4) took their lumps against the top two teams in the country the past two Saturdays. The Big Orange fell 38-7 to No. 1 LSU two weeks ago and lost 37-6 to No. 2 Alabama last weekend.

UT leads the all-time series over the Gamecocks by a wide margin, 22-5-2, including a 14-1 mark at Neyland Stadium.
