A few Tennessee football commitments have agreed to work alongside InsideTennessee.com to chronicle their senior seasons and final year of high school. Alden Hill was among the first who volunteered to share some of his thoughts and his life with our readership.

Suiting up for Marlington (Ohio) High School, Hill finished his season with 185 carries for 1,409 yards and 16 TDs.

Read below to see what Alden had to say in another installment as he nears his departure from high school and starts preparing for life in orange and white.

Over this past weekend, I got to see my first Tennessee Volunteer game. Never have I thought a 9-hour drive was worth anything, but when you're committed to your new family, nothing is more exciting. As before, I was so taken in by how beautiful Knoxville is.

Everything from the crazy fans who yell as they walk to the game, to the locker room moments before kickoff, felt surreal. The thing that truly impressed me was how generous and kind the fans were. They greeted me and treated me with hospitality.

The atmosphere on game day was mind-blowing. Seeing Neyland Stadium get fired up convinced me that Tennessee is serious about football. You could feel the intensity in the fans, the players and the coaches.

All of this was great but the comeback win from the Vols topped it off for sure.

The team is definitely improving and Coach Dooley is leading the program in the right direction. As people stormed the field, the other recruits and I met eyes, as if to say this is our future.
