Browning went to Akron following one season as a graduate assistant on the offensive line at the University of Tennessee. Browning is a 32-year veteran of coaching and has claimed the offensive coordinator position at Syracuse, Minnesota and Kent State. In 2003, Browning was a finalist for the Frank Broyles Award awarded to the nation's top assistant coach. He also severed as the recruiting coordinator for Minnesota during the 1999 season.

Greg Adkins

Adkins knows Rocky Top having spent five seasons as an assistant coach to former head coach Phillip Fulmer. Adkins has served as the offensive line coach at Tennessee, Georgia and his alma mater Marshall. He also served as the recruiting coordinator for Fulmer from 2003-5. Adkins coached 2006 All-American Arron Sears and recruited Erik Ainge, Chris Scott and Ramon Foster.

Spencer Riley

Riley's biggest selling point — he is a former Volunteer. During his career at Tennessee, Riley started 44 consecutive games and helped lead Tennessee to the 1998 National Championship. Riley just completed his second season on staff with Tusculum. His college coaching experience includes the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga during the 2008 season and three years at the University of West Georgia.

James Cregg

Cregg spend one season at Tennessee under former head coach Lane Kiffin and split for the left coast with Kiffin in 2010. He has been rumored to be offensive coordinator Jim Chaney's first choice to fill the role that Harry Hiestand left behind. He is a 14-year coaching veteran with experience at USC, Tennessee, the Oakland Raiders, Idaho, Colgate and his alma mater Colorado State.

Jeff Stoutland

Offensive line coach at Alabama

Notable:
Stoutland just completed his second season at the University of Alabama under head coach Nick Saban. He joined the Tide following a four-year stay at Miami in the same position. In 2011, Stoutland's offensive line helped pave the way for Heisman Trophy finalist Trent Richardson, while allowing the second fewest sacks in the Southeastern Conference, giving up just 15 all season.

Joel Hilgenberg

Offensive quality control at the Green Bay Packers

Hilgenberg isn't a former Volunteer, but he is currently coaching two at the Green Bay Packers. He just finished his first season with the Pack after working his way onto the staff as a coaching intern for the Packers during training camp, mini-camp and a portion of OTAs in 2010. Hilgenberg spent 10 years in the NFL as a center with the New Orleans Saints (1984-93) after earning All-American honors at Iowa.
