With a great challenge comes a great opportunity.
Tennessee faces yet another tall task this season as it heads west to face Southeastern Conference foe and No. 3-ranked Ole Miss this Saturday. Kickoff at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium in Oxford is at 6 p.m. CST.
This will be the 65th meeting between the schools. The Big Orange carries a 44-19-1 all-time series advantage. The last matchup was a Tennessee 52-14 win in Knoxville on Nov. 13, 2010.
The Rebels (6-0, 3-0 SEC) have not lost since falling to rival Mississippi State 17-10 in overtime back on Nov. 28, 2013.
The Volunteers (3-3, 0-2) will be attempting to snap a seven-game losing streak to SEC Western Division foes. They also have not gone on the road and defeated a ranked team since beating No. 10 Georgia 51-33 on Oct. 7, 2006. The Orange & White has not beaten a top 3 team since beating Georgia 19-14 on Oct. 9, 2004.
