Get excited or time to worry?

Tennessee returns 19 starters from a 2014 team that went 7-6, including a TaxSlayer Bowl victory. However, the collection of Volunteers may be the country's most youthful roster.

Butch Jones' way of doing things is in place for his third set of 15 spring practices in Knoxville. Few players remain from the Derek Dooley era. Only a change at the offensive coordinator spot have altered the staff much at all. Thus, there's plenty of reason to be optimistic in spite of Tennessee's dependency on 19- and 20-year-olds.
