It's hard to find a prospect in the Volunteer State whose stock is rising as quickly as Austin Pope's.
The rising senior at Christian Academy of Knoxville plays free safety, linebacker, tight end and wide receiver. The 6-foot-4 1/2, 215-pounder added over 15 offers in the last three months, including grants from Southeastern Conference schools such as Arkansas, Mississippi State, Missouri and Tennessee.
With scholarships being snatched up from prospects considering every program that Pope is pondering, the lengthy athlete could come with a declaration soon.
