Derek Barnett talks leadership across Vols' D-line

When Tennessee is brought to the attention of other teams, perhaps one of the first associations is the Vols' notoriously stout line of defense.

With great depth and top-notch players, Team 120's D-line continues to prove effective in creating big problems for those they face on the  opposite line of scrimmage.

Leadership and contagious on-field energy from defensive linemen like Derek Barnett and Danny O'Brien work to create a physical, hungry-to-play unit on a weekly basis — both in practice settings and during games.

Barnett spoke with the media on Tuesday, Sept. 27 about his personal style of leadership as well as how some of his other teammates work to keep the unit in line during the 2016 season.
