Vols' Butch Jones announces player comebacks

Bye week is officially a wrap for Tennessee, and the Vols are in full swing to prepare for the next matchup

And while the past seven days allowed for some rejuvenation and recuperation for Team 120, head coach Butch Jones indicated that the past week consisted of much more than just taking time off.

"A lot of individuals gained physical reps, some gained mental reps," Jones remarked on the work week. "But again—very, very important now that we get back to work and we have game-speed repetitions."

Monday's presser also consisted of some additional encouraging news for Vol fans—including senior cornerback Cameron Sutton's anticipated comeback in the 2016 season, Darrin Kirkland Jr.'s expectation to return in the weekend's matchup versus South Carolina, as well as several others.
