Tennessee approaches a critical matchup on Saturday when they face Kentucky in Neyland Stadium at 12:00 p.m. Eastern.
The Wildcats entered the season as one of the hardly hyped-about teams, but have continued to prove their grit in 2016 . With a 4-3 Southeastern Conference record, the Blue & White stand as the No. 2 team in the East Division.
InsideTennessee's Scott Hall and VFL Joey Kent discussed some of the potential challenges that the Vols may face on Saturday, including an offense with lots of momentum and particular success with their wildcat package.
"(Kentucky) is a different team from earlier this season," Kent said. "Offensively, they can score a lot of points. And they can run the ball."
Tennessee may be onto something offensively too, though.
Last weekend's matchup proved that Team 120 holds tremendous potential with the pistol formation as John Kelly seems to be the perfect back for the job, and his 73-yard dash to the end zone versus Tennessee Tech serves as proof.
