BURFORD, Ga. — Tennessee is in pursuit of Tobe Umerah, and it seems to be leaving a positive mark on him so far.
The Scout three-star outside linebacker prospect out of Stratford Academy in Macon, Georgia, spoke with InsideTennessee after The Opening Atlanta about his recruitment with the Vols, and why they have managed to become one of his top schools of interest.
"Tennessee is definitely in my top five because they were my first offer," Umerah told IT. "And because it's an SEC school, it's the highest level of football. So I can't turn down that."
