Junior Clips: Jonathan Gipson at The Opening Atlanta

Jonathan Gipson has length and skills. Watch the Peach State prospect at work.

BUFORD, Ga. — Jonathan Gipson has the exact length and size that college programs like Tennessee want out of the cornerback position.

The Mill Creek (Ga.) High School defender started getting Southeastern Conference scholarship offers during his junior season. Since then, he's compiled over a dozen offers, including one from the Volunteers while on a visit to Knoxville on Saturday.

Prospects who have Gipson's length that can bend, change direction, rotate their hips and get their hands on passes will not only find themselves on college rosters but in the starting lineup.

See what Gipson put on display during drillwork at The Opening Atlanta on Buford High School's field on Sunday in the video above.
