Oliver Lane finds future Vols O-line enticing

How much of a factor is who Oliver Lane would play alongside at Tennessee in his considering the Volunteers? Find out.

CORRYTON, Tenn. — One of the factors for Oliver Lane in choosing his college destination is who are the other linemen with which he would be working.

Tennessee saw Scout five-star prospect Trey Smith enroll in classes in January. Committed for over 20 months now is Cade Mays, who ranks as the South's No. 1 offensive tackle in the 2018 class.

Should Lane choose the Volunteers over a variety of offers such as Georgia Tech, Mississippi State and Wisconsin, he would have the pressure of putting his hand on the ground next to some premium talent.

"I've thought about it, and I mean that would be huge," Lane told InsideTennessee. "That would be one good offensive line."
