Vols' 'family feel' stands out to CB Jonathan Gipson

What is it about Tennessee that catches the eye of the No. 11-ranked CB in the state of Georgia? Read below to find out.

Jonathan Gipson took his first-ever visit to Tennessee on March 25, and left with an Orange & White offer that same day. 

InsideTennessee spoke with the cornerback out of Mill Creek High School in Hoschton, Georgia, at The Opening Atlanta on March 26 about what the Big Orange offer meant to him.

"It was exciting—it's truly a blessing," Gipson said, who specified Tennessee as having the most "family" atmosphere of the schools he's visited thus far. 

"I love the coaches," the No. 11-ranked corner in Georgia said. "Coach (Butch) Jones came and sat and ate lunch with me, so it was good."
