Vol-MSU game on JP Sports

The Southeastern Conference announced that Tennessee's Nov. 15 game against Mississippi State is being televised as part of the league's Jefferson-Pilot regional package and kicks off at 12:30 p.m. Eastern time from Neyland Stadium. The game will be a split broadcast along with Florida's visit to South Carolina, meaning SEC markets will receive one game or the other depending on location.

Tennessee defeated Mississippi State 35-17 in Starkville last year, improving Phillip Fulmer's record to 3-1 against the Bulldogs. UT leads the overall series by a 25-15-1 count, including an 11-7 mark in Knoxville.

Other SEC teams slated for television Nov. 15 include Auburn at Georgia on CBS (3:30 p.m. Eastern) and LSU at Alabama on ESPN (6:45 p.m. Central).
