''It's been hard this whole time," Ash told Mike Bakas of TheInsiders.com. ''I like them all right now. They all have something a little different about each other that makes them stand out. I feel real comfortable at Clemson. N.C. State has a good program, Tennessee has the big stadium. It's all of that. It'll be a hard choice."
Ash, a full academic qualifier, is a 6-5, 260-pounder ranked among the top offensive line prospects in the state of New Jersey this year.
The Vols already have one O-line prospect signed (juco star Albert Toeaina) and three more committed (Ramon Foster, Anthony Parker and Cameron Mayo). UT also remains in the running for Roland Martin of Chicago. Where the Vols rank in Ash's pecking order is anyone's guess.
''It'll come down to the wire,'' he said. ''I'll probably know around Signing Day or so.''
