What put the Vols over the top for him?
"It was probably my official visit out there. We got to go to the stadium
at night and go under the lights, and I just had a gut feeling right then that I
wanted to play football at Tennessee."
McNeil's brother plays at Mississippi State, was it a hard choice for him and
"Me and my family love Mississippi State, but my parents know I want to go
to Tennessee, and they support me 100%."
McNeil has already been busy trying to recruit another Army All-American.
"I called Chris Scott today and tried to recruit him to Tennessee,"
said McNeil with a laugh.

in the country by Scout.com, and their assault on the top spot continues
