Tennessee signed four players from South Florida last February, and one of them says Vol fans can expect more Sunshine State standouts in the 2006 signing class.
"There's definitely going to be a few more South Florida guys," said Demetrice Morley
, a 6-0, 180-pound freshman safety from Miami. "I don't want to say their names but I've got friends down there who are high up in the rankings.
"This is definitely going to open up the gates for Tennessee in Florida."
The Vols reeled in Morley (Miami Killian), defensive lineman Gerald Williams (Lauderdale Lakes), defensive lineman Vladimir Richard (Sunrise) and wideout Ulysses Alexander (Miami Northwestern) for the 2005 signing class. Alexander, released from his scholarship earlier this week, subsequently signed with Auburn.
