11 frosh on travel squad

Tennessee's coaches may be expecting to toss the pigskin around Saturday night at Florida; they've included three receivers among the 11 true freshmen on the 70-man travel roster.

The three wideouts are Lucas Taylor, a 5-10, 168-pound speedster from Carencro, La.; Josh Briscoe, a 6-3, 174-pounder from Lawndale, N.C.; and Austin Rogers, a 6-2, 175-pounder from Nashville.

Other true freshmen making the trip are: defensive end Wes Brown; safeties Demetrice Morley, Antonio Wardlow and Adam Myers-White; running back Montario Hardesty; defensive tackle Demonte Bolden; tight end Jeff Cottam and cornerback Ricardo Kemp.

Morley was the only true freshman to play in Game 1 vs. Alabama-Birmingham.

The travel roster also includes six redshirt freshmen – guards Ramon Foster and Anthony Parker, tailbacks Arian Foster and JaKouri Williams, linebacker Jerod Mayo and punter Britton Colquitt.

Rounding out the travel squad are 19 sophomores, 16 juniors and 18 seniors.

Here's the updated injury report for the Florida game:

Probable -- OG Ramon Foster (foot), C Richie Gandy (knee), WR Robert Meachem (ankle), LB Jason Mitchell (knee); Out -- C David Ligon (ankle), DB Jarod Parrish (knee); Out for season -- QB Jonathan Crompton (shoulder), OL Cameron Mayo (knee), LB Rico McCoy (ankle).
