Have you ever had so much fun on a trip, you couldn't wait to get back for another trip?

That's how T.J. Leifheit felt after taking his official visit to the University of Tennessee two weeks ago.

T.J. and his father returned to Knoxville this past weekend for that return trip.

"It was a blast," Leifheit told InsideTennessee.com Tuesday night. "I just wanted to get back up there as soon as I could. I had such a great time the first time. I wanted to get back and enjoy another ballgame."

According to Leifheit there are three schools still in his top three and are still in the hunt for his services.

"Tennessee, North Carolina and USC are my top three," Leifheit noted. "I will take an official to UNC on October 10."

Is Leifheit close to making a final decision?

"I'm hoping to have a decision made by the first of November," Leifheit said. "I'm going to graduate high school in December so I want to get the decision out of the way."

One thing that has been getting stronger is Leifheit's relationship with the Tennessee coaching staff.

"I talk to Coach (David) Reaves and Coach (James) Cregg almost everyday," Leifheit said. "I call them a lot. They keep telling me about the great opportunity to come in and earn a starting job. I really like the coaching staff's drive to win. I love their energy a lot."

Leifheit's father took in the trip with him this past weekend.

"He liked it a lot," Leifheit said. "We just wanted to take in another game as soon as we could."

One thing that impressed Leifheit about the Vols game against Ohio was the Tennessee fan base.

"Overall it was awesome," Leifheit said. "Despite the weather there was over 90,000 fans there, that's impressive."
