WR, Markeith Ambles (Henry County HS)

Henry County HS picks up another win at home against Northeast as the Warkhawks win big, by a score of 40-20. The Warhawks are now (5-3). Two receptions for 20 yards.

QB, Tyler Bray (Kingsburg HS)

The Kingsburg Vikings pound Central Valley Christian 49-7, to continue their perfect season of (7-0). Tyler Bray had a couple passing touchdowns to accompany a strong run game. Tyler was 19-26 for 230 yards and two touchdowns. For the season he is 97-157 for 1,795 yards, 22 touchdowns and three interceptions.

DT, Risean Broussard (LaGrange HS)

For the second week in a row, the Gators led by defensive tackle, Risean Broussard, shut out their competition. Lafayette loses 34-0 while visiting LaGrange High School.

DT, John Brown (Northeast Mississippi)

John is having a break out season for NEMCC, according to his coach; John is definitely a difference maker.

WR, Demarco Cobbs (Central HS)

Demarco Cobbs and Central High School enjoy another win for the season against Edison this past Friday night. The Braves come away from their road game with a win 34-13.

DE, J.C. Copeland (Troup County HS)

Thursday night action had Troup County High School upsetting the Shaw Raiders 14-8. The Tigers are now (5-3) overall.

FB, Channing Fugate (Breathitt Co HS)

The Breathitt Bobcats win a nail-bitter against Magoffin County by a score of 2-0. Obviously this was a defensive battle from start to finish. The Bobcats are now (5-5) for their 09-10 schedule.

OT, Zach Fulton (Homewood-Flossmoor HS)

After a 0-8 start to the season, the Vikings led by Zach Fulton get their first win against Joliet High, who is now (0-9). The Vikings scored the most points they had all season in a single game to win 30-14 at home Friday night.

DE, Delvin Jones (Miami Palmetto Senior HS)

Palmetto suffered their third loss of the season to Southridge High School last Thursday night, falling by just a touchdown (21-28). The Panthers are now (4-3) on the season and look forward to playing Homestead for this coming weeks matchup.

C, Jose Jose (Miami Central HS)

The Central Rockets, rocket past another opponent with a 48-0 victory last Friday night. The Rockets, who are now (7-1), added their fifth shutout of the season. To date, they have outscored their opponents 343-49.

WR, Ted Meline (North Miami Senior HS)

North Miami squeaks by North Miami Beach 23-22, during Friday night's hometown battle. The win for North Miami now brings their record to (3-3) on the season.

DE, Corey Miller (James F. Byrnes HS

DT, Brandon Willis (James F. Byrnes HS)

The University of Tennessee committed defensive line duo Corey Miller and Brandon Willis help the Rebels beat Dorman 17-10 this past weekend. Prior to Friday's showdown, Miller had a combined total of 57 tackles on the season while his neighboring lineman, Willis accounted for 56 total tackles. Tennessee's defensive line is going to get two extreme contributors come 2010. The Rebels are now (8-1) on the season.

WR, Matt Milton (Mascoutah HS)

The Indians are now (5-4) after a 31-18 victory over Salem, Friday night. Coming into Friday's non-conference matchup, Milton has 284 total yards and 4 TD's.

OT, Marques Pair (Sumter HS)

Marques Pair and the Fighting Gamecocks pummel Carolina Forest, 56,3. This is their fifth win in a row after starting (0-2). Sumter Highs record so far for the 09-10 season is now (5-2).

K, Michael Palardy (St. Thomas Aquinas HS)

Undefeated St. Thomas Aquinas (7-0) and #1 kicker recruit in America, Michael Palardy, and spanked McArthur High School 49-7 in Fridays evening's matchup. The Raiders face Deerfield Beach later in the week who are currently unbeaten (2-0) at home and (5-2) overall. Prior to last Friday's matchup, Palardy had accounted for 31 of the Raiders total points.

DE, Jacques Smith (Ooltewah HS)

Instate recruit, the No. 1 overall player in the state of Tennessee,Jacques Smith leads his team to a 28-7 victory over Cleveland High. The Owls are now (9-0) on the season and face McMinn County who are currently (7-2).

MLB, Michael Taylor (Westlake HS)

After suffering a shut out at home in the previous week, the Westlake Lions bounce back to beat Lovejoy High on the road 29-21. The Lions are now (6-2) on the season.

OLB, Ralph Williams (Gulliver Preparatory School)

Senior, Ralph Williams helps Gulliver Prep in 39-14 victory over LaSalle in Friday's action. The Raiders now hold a (5-2) record and travel to Somerset Academy for conference play this Friday, October 30.
