The Breathitt Bobcats win a nail-bitter against Magoffin County by a score of 2-0. Obviously this was a defensive battle from start to finish. The Bobcats are now (5-5) for their 09-10 schedule.

After a 0-8 start to the season, the Vikings led by Zach Fulton get their first win against Joliet High, who is now (0-9). The Vikings scored the most points they had all season in a single game to win 30-14 at home Friday night.

The University of Tennessee committed defensive line duo Corey Miller and Brandon Willis help the Rebels beat Dorman 17-10 this past weekend. Prior to Friday's showdown, Miller had a combined total of 57 tackles on the season while his neighboring lineman, Willis accounted for 56 total tackles. Tennessee's defensive line is going to get two extreme contributors come 2010. The Rebels are now (8-1) on the season.
