It's the goal of Scout.com and InsideTennessee.com to cover the entire state of Tennessee like no other.

Whether an in-state prospect does or does not have an offer from the University of Tennessee, it's still our objective and goal to evaluate every prospect in the Volunteer state.

It's that time of the year again when preseason rankings and predictions are popular. InsideTennessee.com is proud to announce the "InsideTennessee Top Thirty Prospects." Our experts spent a lot of time in the spring getting to know these prospects firsthand.

We are basing our preseason rankings on personal scouting, film evaluations and official offers, among other factors. We will re-rank each prospect after the completion of the Fall 2010 season. This is not the official Scout.com state rankings but just the opinions of our InsideTennessee.com recruiting staff.

One factor in deciding the top prospects in the state was this question: Who has the best NFL potential? This year, two prospects' names could fit that scenario.

We will now begin the InsideTennessee.com countdown.

We will release five picks a day for the next six business days on the website. 30-26 will be released today with the countdown continuing on Monday. Stay tuned to see if your favorite high school player in the state of Tennessee made our list.

30. Michael Wegzyn, QB, Knoxville Catholic

Michael transferred from Michigan to Knoxville and is virtually an unknown talent. He has currently picked up a couple of smaller D1 offers and is expected to have a breakout season this fall. He is definitely a prospect that could rise after having a great senior season. Great size, good arm, should be interesting to watch this fall.
