No 13 A&M over No 12 Missouri in OT

It was a slow start for the Aggies, as Missouri raced to an 11-2 lead in the first three and a half minutes of play, and extended their lead to twelve, 19-7 at the 13:04 mark in the first half.

The Aggies scored eleven straight over the next four minutes of play to cut the Tiger lead to one, 19-18.

Missouri went on a 10-2 run to push their lead back out to nine, 29-20, with about five minutes left in the first half.

Texas A&M outscored Missouri 20-4 in those final five minutes of the first half to take a 7-point lead , 40-33, into halftime.

In the second half, the Aggies extended their lead to ten points, 59-49, when Naji Hibbert made a three point jumper off a feed from Ray Turner at the 13:43 mark in the second half.

Missouri came back with a 19-8 run, and took a 68-67 lead when Laurence Bowers made a two point jumper with 6:41 left in the game.

Missouri pushed their lead out to four and maintained a 4-point lead, 76-72 with just 1:29 left in the game.

With 58 second left in regulation, Dash Harris made a layup, was fouled, and converted the free throw to cut the Tiger lead to one, 76-75..

Khris Middleton made two free throws with 14 seconds left to tie the game, 77-all.

Phil Pressey had a chance to win it for the Tigers with two seconds left but missed a jumper, sending the game into overtime.

The Tigers (15-3, 1-2) were ahead 87-85 after a 3-pointer by Denmon with about 90 seconds left in OT, and maintained the 87-85 lead until the 1:02 mark..

The Aggies (16-1, 3-0 Big 12) trailed by one after B.J. Holmes sunk a free throw, but Middleton swiped the ball from Marcus Denmon and converted a layup with 34 seconds remaining.

Missouri had a chance to go in front again but had another costly turnover. Middleton made three free throws to extend the lead to 91-87.

Missouri's Laurence Bowers had a tip-in at the buzzer for the final margin.
