Huggins Pledges to Texas A&M

New Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin continues to collect an impressive collection of defensive line talent in the 2013 recruiting class. Aggie Websider's David Sandhop reports on the very latest.

Multiples sources are reporting that Dallas Skyline defensive tackle Kerrick Huggins has committed to Texas A&M after an unofficial visit to the College Station campus on Saturday with several teammates.

The 6-foot-4, 280-pound 2013 DL prospect had already received offers from SMU, Colorado State, and Texas Tech. He was garnering serious interest from Texas, Oklahoma, and Oregon and was invited to Texas' next junior day later in the month.

At this time it's unknown whether he plans to take that junior day visit to Austin, but he is expected to be at the Aggies' junior day event next weekend on February 18.
