Alabama running back Eddie Lacy has injured his hamstring and will not work out at this week's NFL Scouting Combine, according to tweets from ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Schefter reports that Lacy, who was nursing nagging injuries all season (turf toe and a beat up ankle), suffered a minor injury to his hamstring last week while training on his own. He will not participate in the combine, but hopes to be healthy enough to work out at Alabama's Pro Day on March. 13.

Lacy said he was only at 100 percent for one game this season, which just so happened to be the national championship. He ran for 140 yards and a touchdown in Alabama's 42-14 win over Notre Dame.
