Multiple sources are confirming that freshman wide receiver Sebastian LaRue from Santa Monica, CA has requested and received his transfer from Texas A&M.
The highly-rated four-star pass catcher did not see the field in 2013 and redshirted after nagging injuries in fall camp hampered his development.
LaRue cited his desire to be closer to home and back on the west coast as the reason for transferring. Washington State appears to be a possible destination along with several other Pac-12 programs.
After sitting out next season, LaRue will have three years of eligibility remaining.
