Brandon La Fell Holding Three Official Offers

We grabbed a quick update with Houston Lamar WR Brandon La Fell. He's certainly a higher-rated commodity today as the talented pass-catcher recently added three in-hand offers. Of the big three, one happens to be standing out just a bit more than the others as La Fell wasn't bashful about giving up his early leader...

First things first, who's showing love?

Brandon La Fell told TheInsiders "Houston, Texas A&M and Arizona" like what they see as those three wasted little time extending him official offers.

The likely Big 12 Hot 100 selection added some excitement when he gave us his early favorite out of the bunch.

"Right now, I would have to say Houston is my favorite," La Fell revealed. "But A&M is right up there with them."

The Aggies have an opportunity to leap past the Coogs as the Texas Hot 100 prospect said, "The A&M coaches are real cool. And they're like 60% pass, 40 percent run. I like that."

"As for Arizona," La Fell continued. "I don't know much about them. I know they have a new coach so we'll see what happens."

La Fell, one of the top wideouts in Texas, who just started playing the position a year or two ago, offers considerable upside at the position and could see his stock climbing in the days and months ahead as we're still evaluating his abilities and have been impressed with his skills since he was a junior-to-be.

Now, a senior-to-be, expect the pass-catcher deluxe to reel in several more offers before it's all said and done.

Brandon LaFell will be attending the MSL/TheInsiders camp this weekend at The University of Houston, along with teammate and fellow Texas Hot 100 athlete Quincy Driver.

For more information on the MSL combines, go to or simply click here. Kids planning on attending either the April 3rd or 4th Houston camp or the May 22nd or 23rd SMU Dallas camps, contact Stacey Dean via his email address which is, if you have any difficulties registering.

If you're not yet signed up, you're missing out on the most realistic NFL Combine-like event, including the NFL HRT test (NFL aptitude/psyche test) soon-to-be NFLers take, not to mention every drill the NFL Combine puts on and perhaps the most exciting aspect -- position-specific instruction via former/current NFL coaches and/or players.
