Elon Mitchell "Impressed" With A&M

"It was real nice," <b>Elon Mitchell</b> said. "It was really just like a regular game. A lot of people was asking me where I was going to go, like they wanted me to go there. It was cool. But I was like I don't know yet. I saw <b>Vince Oghobaase</b> and <b>Todd Walker</b> there, too."<p>

"Me and Todd just kind of talked for awhile," said one of the state's top linebacker prospects. "And then talked to Coach Tommerdahl and Coach Franchione."

The 6-1.5, 230-pound linebacker said the A&M coaches told him they were going to check out one of his practices this Tuesday or Wednesday and thought that was "cool"...

Final thoughts?

"They really impressed me," Mitchell said.

And so did this: "Everybody at A&M knew my first and last name."
