Oklahoma RB Ready To Pull Commitment Trigger

Caught up with Muskogee, Oklahoma RB Pete Richardson and he had some good news for one Big 12 school, to say the least...

"I'm most likely going to go to A&M," Pete Richardson said. "They're the one I'm the most interested in and that's where I want to go. I have an official visit set up for December 10-12."

Official offers?

"Texas A&M offered back in the spring and I have offers from Tulsa and Kansas."

So a commitment to the Maroon and White is likely?

"Yeah, I'm going to do it real soon, maybe tomorrow (Tuesday). Their school and football atmosphere -- with the 12thMan and all -- just makes it more exciting. And I think I can go in there and a make a difference for them on offense.

If Dennis Franchione and Gang are ready to accept his verbal, don't be surprised to see this go down ASAP. The A&M coaches, per Richardson, will be calling him today...

High School Notes: In 4 games, Richardson has rushed for 924 yards and 15 TDs.
