With two remaining visit slots, which teams are in fact appealing to the 6-0,185-pound athlete?
Arizona just recently got into the picture and made a lot of contact here of late, while LSU (Travis Jones) told the Spring Woods RB/WR that his film is now on the desk of the head man (Nick Saban). Everyone else has signed off on offering him, save Saban, who has yet to check it out.
As for A&M and where they stack up, Houston said, "Texas A&M is my leader. They have good tradition, their team is on the rise and no one expected them to do that well. They're coming back already with the players they have. I would love to go there."
With the Ags filling up, they may not have a spot...
"They told me an offer depends on if a JUCO wide receiver signs with them or not. If he doesn't sign with them, then they have a slot open. And that's where (TAMU) I would want to go if that happens."
Regarding his interest in the Red Raiders and if they have a good shot, Houston said, "Oh yeah. I don't know what's going to happen with A&M or some of the other teams. But Texas Tech offered and I know they want me. So, they have a good shot. Thing is, with their offense, it doesn't matter what kind of defense they face you're not ever going to be doubled. You're going to be able to make plays and I like that a lot."
