Last weekend Brandon Joiner of Killeen Shoemaker attended the Scout.com combine at Baylor and just as expected was the most dominant defensive lineman at the camp.

Scout.com was the first to tell about Joiner way back in early January and now college programs have taken notice as well.

"Oklahoma State offered me not too long ago," Joiner said. "I was so excited when it came. I have been thinking that I would get an offer so I wasn't that surprised, but it still makes you feel good when that first offer comes in."

At the Scout.com combine in Waco, the 6-foot-2, 214-pound Joiner ran the 40-yard dash in 4.6 seconds and the shuttle in 4.44 seconds.

"I've had some other schools that have been recruiting me hard too, but I think Texas A&M is the closest to offering," Joiner said. "Texas, Miami and some other ones are recruiting me pretty hard too. My favorites right now would be Oklahoma State, Texas, Miami and Texas A&M."

Joiner was named defensive MVP of the U.S. Army All-American combine and was named to the all-combine team inWaco.
