One of the fastest rising tight end prospects in the Lone Star State is Houston Chavez product, Harold Turanage.

"Oklahoma is still the only offer I have, but some others are close I think," Turnage said. "My coach told me that Nebraska is supposed to be sending me an offer soon. Florida has also been sending me a ton of stuff and they want me to try and graduate in December."

The 6-foot-4, 245-pound Turnage is certainly giving some thought to the idea.

"I've thought about graduating early, but I'll have to take some classes this summer to do it," Turnage said. "I am going to talk to my dad about it and see if we can do it."

Turnage was named 1st team all-district as a junior. He also averaged six catches per game as a junior.

"My top five right now are Florida, Oklahoma State, UCLA, Texas A&M and Notre Dame and that is in order," Turnage said. "This weekend I am visiting Oklahoma State and I hope to check out some others soon."
