DeAndre Jordan made a dunk at the first half buzzer to give Texas A&M a 30-24 halftime lead.
It was all Aggies the first ten minites of the second half as A&M hit hit 11 of their first 14 shots and went on to build a 21-point lead, 57-36.
From that point, Texas A&M cruised to a 69-51 win over Iowa State.
Juri Hubalek led Iowa State with 18 points points and 5 rebounds. The Cyclones'leading scorer, Wesley Johnson, came back from injury to start the game and contributed 13 points and 6 rebounds.
Texas A&M continues its road trip saturday afternoon when it faces Missouri.
