Byrd High School linebacker Jonathan Stewart remains a key piece of the Aggie future at his spot at linebacker. He has taken A&M, along with several other schools, on a wild ride that will culminate tomorrow morning when he will announce his selection of schools.
Stewart will choose between his top three of Texas A&M, Texas Tech, and California. While currently considered an Aggie commit, Stewart has been heavily courted by these two other schools in the last month and has been coy about his solid future plans. Additionally, he has been near unreachable for much of the last two months, so only those closest to him have the latest on his decision making.
Last week, Websider interviewed his head coach, who labeled his chances of sticking with his Texas A&M commitment as "about 90%" but it will be a sigh of relief for many Aggie fans if Jonathan dons the Maroon and White cap once and for all on Tuesday. Aggie Websider will bring you the story tomorrow as it unfolds.
Will Stewart Stick?
