Ivan Robinson was the 15th commit for Mike Sherman's 2010 class and was recruited as a defensive end. While Ivan still expects to contribute on defense for the Aggies next year, the 6'4'', 260lb four star DE will likely see time on offense this weekend.

"I have been working out at tight end all week. I caught a few passes today and I expect to play both sides of the ball this weekend. My coach thinks I can help out at tight end and he thinks it will catch the defense off guard. We will be rolling deuce and I can't wait to see the faces on some of the D-Lineman. Nose guard is where I will be playing on D."

Robinson wants to do anything he can to help his team win and that is one reason why the Aggies are so happy to have his services for the next four years. There have been rumors of Robinson contemplating his pledge to A&M but that just isn't the case.

"Im very happy with my decision to play at A&M. There really isn't anyone or anything that could persuade me to go anywhere else. Ole Miss, LSU, and Mississippi State are the 3 schools recruiting me the most."

When asked if one those schools still had a chance, Robinson said," If there was one school that could possibly sway me it would be Ole Miss. I hear they have good facilities. A&M has amazing facilities though and I am happy with my decision."

Ivan is trying to work out travel plans for a trip to College Station this weekend. Robinson had a chance to briefly speak with Coach Turner this past weekend.

"I was real excited to see Coach Turner. We have a very good relationship. Im doing everything I can to get down to A&M on Saturday."
