Back in February, Highland Park Center Clayton Woods visited UTSA and received his first offer from the Roadrunners. On Friday, he committed to the Roadrunners.

"I'm truly excited," Woods told IRS about his decision. "I just really liked the coaching staff. I think I'll have the chance to have success there and win a bunch of games."

Highland Park Center Clayton Woods has committed to UTSA.

Since his visit, Woods has seen his stock rise. He picked up other offers from New Mexico, North Texas, Southern Miss, Texas State, and UCONN.

For about a month now I've had it narrowed down," said Woods. "I decided last night that I was read to commit. I woke up this morning and did it."

Woods eventually picked UTSA over the North Texas Mean Green.

"It was between North Texas and UTSA, I just liked UTSA more," said Woods.
