Defensive End Makes #28

UTSA landed the commitment of an in-state Defensive End on Sunday.

Irving MacArthur Defensive End T.J. King committed to UTSA on Sunday while on his official visit.

"I saw a lot of what I wanted to see," King said about UTSA. "It's a rising program."

A former Louisiana Tech commit, King picked the Roadrunners over offers from La Tech and New Mexico.

A weakside defensive end, King possess the frame at 6' 3-1/2" and 225lbs to become a pass rushing force for the 'Runners.

"I know I'll fit in very well," said King. "UTSA is in a city where everyone is behind him. That's a great thing."

An all-district player for MacArthur the last two seasons, King becomes the 28th commitment to UTSA's 2015 recruiting class.

T.J. is the 13th player defensive player and the fifth defensive end to commit to this recruiting class.

King is not finished with his recruitment. He is planning on taking an official visit to Louisiana Tech this coming weekend.
