UTSA Baseball Hosts Bryant

UTSA Baseball begins a four-game home stand with three games vs Bryant over the weekend.

UTSA Baseball has begun their 2015 season with a 2-2 overall record. After falling to No. 6 Texas 14-2 on Tuesday, the 'Runners look to bounce back with four straight home games over the weekend.

Friday night UTSA begins a three-game series with Bryant. The Bulldogs return 7 of their 9 starters and 7 pitchers from a 2014 team that made NCAA Tournament.

Hailing from Rhode Island, Bryant will begin their 2015 season with Friday's game.

This will be the first ever meeting between the two schools. Friday's game is set to begin at 6pm, Saturday's game is set to begin at 2pm, and Sunday's game is set to begin at 12pm.

RHP Brock Hartson (5.79 0-0, 4.2 IP, 4 K, 3 BB, 3 ER, 7 H) is scheduled to start Friday. LHP Nolan Trabanino (7.71 0-1, 4.2 IP, 3 K, 1 BB, 4 ER, 6 H) is schedule to start Saturday. Sunday's pitcher is to be determined.
