OL Target Focused On Winning Another Title

This powerful blocker has 2 offers and a potential school just on the other side of the offer fence.

Back in June, Charlie Flores attended the TXST football camp and when he got home to Ft. Worth an offer from the Bobcats was waiting for him. Flores' coach informed him about a call he received with the good news.

Flores has offers from the Bobcats and L.A. Tech as well as interest from Kansas but Dartmouth and its connections to the Flores family also has interest in Charlie. Flores has an older brother, Jacob, who is the starting left tackle at the Ivy League program.

"Dartmouth has been interested in me and it'd be pretty cool to play alongside my brother while there," Flores said. "My brother has been doing some heavy pushing on the Dartmouth part."

The 6'3" 283 lb. RT from All Saints HS in Ft. Worth says he's been in contact with Coach Naivar often. He's looking for a school with good academics and programs that can help with his dyslexia. Flores says he "doesn't just want to be a jock."

"Education has been instilled in me by my parents, they're huge on academics," Flores said. "I'm also looking for school spirit, a good location and an active campus life."

Charlie is looking to make official visits after the season is over; he's focused on earning another Southwest Preparatory Conference championship for All Saints, who won the prep conference last year. All Saints went on an 11 game win streak last season and so far are at 3-0 in 2013.
