Commit #3 Is In

No matter at what position, Texas State's newest commit is a flat out play-maker. After visiting on Friday he decided to give the coaching staff a decision.

L.G. Williams is a 5'10 190-pound athlete out of Steele High School. He picked up a Texas State offer not more than a two weeks ago. He decided to make the trek up to Texas State on Friday and before camp kicked off he let the staff know that he was committing.

Williams is a regular at making plays all over the field for the Knights. He'll look to continue that at the next level wearing the maroon and gold. The Bobcats have targeted him with the chance of playing QB. Although not the ideal size, Williams has shown that he's got a strong arm and can put the ball between the numbers. He's a threat to also hurt you with his feet.

L.G. is now the third commit of the class for Texas State, joining Landon Beck (Early HS) and Justin Gamble (Stony Point HS).
